Fudge immediately presented her tail to me for the next kitten was coming fast. I pulled out three more kittens. I kept a little sweetheart and named him Pumpkin.

Fudge was always shy and easily frightened by strangers or noises – skittish as they say. She was very sweet. She couldn’t stand to see anyone upset. If you seemed upset, she would meow repeatedly, rising on her back legs and putting her front paws on your legs. She slept on top of my head every night while Pumpkin curled up beside me.

When she was thirteen, she had breast cancer and passed away. About six months later, I was standing at the kitchen sink rinsing dishes when Fudge’s spirit walked through me. There was a powerful surge of energy that I recognized as her soul moving from my back through me to stand in front of me. In spirit, she was quite large as she had never been in life, a great big cat.

Staring into the eyes of her spirit, I heard her say inside my head, “I am sliding down your energy to return to you, and I’ll be there soon. You will know me when you see me, but it won’t be like you think it is going to be.”

Six months after that, a friend was visiting some relatives. She called me to say they had a kitten to give away that looked like Fudge. I told her to bring the kitten home, but the relatives changed their minds. I knew that could not be Fudge.

One week later, I received fifteen e-mailed photos in one day of cats that looked like Fudge. I kept looking through the photos, saying, “That’s not Fudge. That’s not Fudge.” Then, I saw the thirteenth photo and knew I was looking at Fudge. It was her soul in a new body.

I immediately called the pet adoption agency and told the agent that the kitten they called Sissy was Fudge and that I wanted to adopt her. The agent told me that the kitten wasn’t Fudge, but that I could request to adopt her.

I was sent to an office to meet the kitten. She was hiding under a table the whole time. I only had a glimpse of her, but I wasn’t worried. I knew who she was and that she would be mine again. And she is. She came to live with me again soon after. She came with her sister Olivia.

My husband and I sat on the covered porch at the back of the house talking about the kittens. I said that I thought Olivia’s name was perfect for her. “But Sissy cannot continue to be Sissy. The people who had her were calling her “Hissy Sissy” because she was afraid of them and hissed every time they picked her up. Let’s name her something else.”

We talked about a few names and I mentioned Serena. My husband said, “No that’s not it. She’s Serenity like the Serenity Prayer. We’ll name her that because that’s what she needs to be.” And, that’s how Fudge became Serenity.

To heal, we must first resonate with divine light and will.  Healing is the manifestation of universal grace through the aura.  Our aura becomes the energy we align it with and accept.  To heal, we must become divine energy and will.  To be a healer, we must convey divine energy and will.  To accept and use divine energy is to achieve more and more layers of consciousness and thereby attune yourself to the greater reality.  To love and serve the greater reality while maintaining balance is to find our purpose and manifest our highest, best destiny.

We all manifest our thought forms.  Thought forms are central core issues around which we place our thought or emotional energy.  We act based on the accumulated energy in those thought forms.  Thought forms given enough energy will seek to create the conditions to maintain that energy pattern.  Some of us manifest turmoil, strife, struggle, illness, and pain because, whether consciously or subconsciously, our thoughts revolve around creating or avoiding turmoil, strife, struggle, illness and pain.  Others manifest the gifts of life.  When we are one with our divine purpose, we manifest health, truth, peace, love, joy and all of the physical requirements to allow those states of being to continue.

When we are one with lower ordered thinking or mass consciousness, we will manifest what we need to maintain those concepts.  Thus, if our consciousness perceives that we lack love, we will manifest the events and draw the people to perpetuate that concept.  Our core issue that we feed energy is the lack of love.  We create what we believe because that is where we put our energy.

When we replace this concept with the concept that there is nothing but love, we manifest love.  There is no need to expect love in return when there can be no lack of love.  The expectation of needing love is based on the belief that love is lacking, which is self-fulfilling.  If our only concept is love, then there is nothing but love.  We manifest love at every level of our life.  All the people around us will be affected by the love.  And, we will manifest everything we need at every level – spiritual, mental, emotional and physical – to allow that state to continue.

Enlightenment is the process of bringing in and generating light to actualize self-awareness.  It allows us to return to the “I AM” consciousness of being one with the totality of all that is.  It starts with love and commitment and ends with love and commitment.

Unconditional love creates light energy.  Unconditional love is the absence of blame, anger and judgement.  Without blame, anger and judgement, there can be no emotional pain.  When you feel love, you become love and thereby light.  Love ignites the flame of life within.  As the flame of life is ignited, it attracts like energy from other sources of consciousness.

As love radiates from the heart, light travels from the heart up through the central core and out through the crown chakra.  This attracts light, which pours back into your crown, opening the petals of higher consciousness.  The light passes back down through your central core activating each chakra in order.  The chakras distribute the light to the layers of consciousness.  Consciousness is cleared, or enlightened, making room for more light.  This cleared energy feeds back throughout the physical body through the chakras.

The more light that comes in, the greater the clearing.  The greater the clearing, the greater the healing.  The greater the clearing, the better channel of light energy you become.  The layers of consciousness expand, and new layers of consciousness are added.  With each expansion, your understanding increases to the point of wisdom.  This is evolution.

As we evolve, we also devolve.  the process of devolving energy into its concrete physical form is manifestation.  The process of evolving and devolving at the same time is balance.

There are energy channels aligning with the spinal column.  Divine energy travels down one channel from higher consciousness energizing the chakras in sequence.  As energy comes down from the crown, it activates the chakras with divine thought.  If it reaches the root chakra and activates it fully, life force energy will rise back up the spinal column.  This secondary awakening allows internal life force to mix with external divine life force and open the person to creativity.  There will be a marriage of the male and female energy, right brain and left brain energy, achieving balance throughout the energy system.  When this marriage occurs, the energy crosses over at the minor chakras and nodes.  By balancing the flow of internal and external energy, pure, healthy energy permeates the physical body through the opened chakras and energy tubes.  The nerve ganglia immediately in the vicinity of the chakras are stimulated.  The endocrine glands associated with each chakra heal and the energy of the endocrine system flows smoothly.  Cranio-sacral energy will rise and balance, and the nervous system will function as it should.

We heal to our capacity to love, evolve and manifest.
