This exercise may take practice to reach proficiency. Go through the exercise each day as far as you can complete it. Proficiency is reached when you sense, feel or see molecules in the air around you shifting. Each time you practice the exercise, you should be able to go further and feel more of an energy shift. This is a meditation that was written in 2008, however it is being posted now for readers to use and to begin to feel better through this exercise.
Place your hands in your lap and put your feet on the ground. Get very comfortable. We are going to work on the healing of the planet and your own healing as a human being living on the planet.
This exercise will cleanse your lower chakras and ground you, allowing a stronger connection to the planet. It will also balance the elements in your body (Chinese medicine), water, earth, air and fire. Grounding, connecting and balance are vital to health and well being. They are also vital to living your dreams and inspiring you to action. The exercise will then clear your upper chakras and complete a circuit of energy, causing your energy to circulate around and through you.
